The NorthStar Air Compressor with Quiet Armor offers 7.5 HP, 80-gallon capacity, 26 CFM @ 90 PSI and 175 max. PSI. This 2-stage single-phase vertical air compressor runs on an industrial 1,740 RPM 4-pole electric motor with a 1.1 service factor and is designed for up to 50,000 hours of use with proper maintenance. It features patented Quiet Armor with 5-stage air intake noise reduction technology that produces LESS NOISE than leading commercial-grade compressors. (Compressor noise levels measured outdoors from 20ft. away. This reduces impact that building type, compressor placement or surroundings have on noise level and allows compressors to be more equally compared. Installed results may vary.) This unit also features a solid cast iron 2-stage, 770 RPM, 3-cylinder splash lube pump with removable disc valves and solid steel rods for maximum performance and durability. The ASME 80-gallon tank is powder coated. Includes a ball valve tank drain. This compressor does not include an electrical cord; it requires hard wiring by a certified electrician.
